Sandra Schriek, Managing Director of Pro2Change, has worked for over 30 years in the payments industry. She has worked with all participants in the payments market, at top level – including issuers, acquirers, third-party processors, banks, associations, payment service providers and fintech companies. Over the years she has helped solve many of the Dutch financial industry’s significant issues, such as the nationwide change-over to the Euro, the introduction of the EMV standard in the Netherlands, the migration from PIN to Maestro & VPAY and the migration to SEPA. In 2005 Sandra Schriek founded Pro2Change, a company which specialises in helping participants across the payments, fintech and banking industry transform their products, services and businesses. Prior to establishing Pro2Change in 2005, Sandra held senior change management positions at Interpay (today called equensWorldline) and prior to that, consulting and management positions at International Card Services (ICS) and Bank of America.
